Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription to the Shoulder Dystocia Education Program within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund only if you have not accessed the program. After 24 hours, no refund will be given. Please notify the TriState Patient Safety Foundation in writing. You may email your request to sdinfo@tristatepsf.org or fax to (530) 323-1838.
