TriState Patient Safety Foundation and its sponsored programs are
neither a hospital-developed solution nor a part of a national insurance
strategy to address current medical liability insurance problems.
Rather this organization is a local southwest Ohio initiative led
by your colleagues and designed to address the unique issues that
we physicians face in our region.
To succeed, we need your help and ask that you do the following:
Join the TriState Patient Safety Foundation by sending us a check
for $250. While the role of the Foundation will expand, initial
proceeds will be used to begin the development of patient safety
and risk management programs for you and our colleagues. Please
make the check payable to TriState Patient Safety Foundation and
mail it in the enclosed envelope.
Complete and return the questionnaire so that we can
include you in our expanding communications network. We promise
to keep you posted on developments involving the Foundation and
TriMed.
